SapientSEO provides AI-powered tools for search engine optimization, including keyword discovery, content generation, and search performance analytics via integration with Google Search Console.

2. Eligibility and User Accounts

To access certain features, you must sign in with a Google account and authorize access to your Search Console data. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity occurring under your account.

3. Use of Google APIs

We access your Google Search Console data only with your explicit OAuth2 consent. Access tokens are stored and managed securely and are never used beyond the stated purpose of delivering insights and analytics through our platform.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and responsibly. You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or data
• Scrape, copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the Service
• Use the Service in violation of Google API Terms or any applicable laws

5. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, especially in cases of abuse, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

6. No SEO Guarantees

SapientSEO provides insights and tools intended to improve SEO performance. However, we make no guarantees regarding your site’s ranking, traffic, or outcomes. Results may vary based on factors beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SapientSEO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service, including data loss or business interruption.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
